Risk Description
A solder on the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in the toy contains an excessive amount of lead and cadmium (measured value up to 71.9% and 0.16% by weight respectively). Also, a solder in the speaker contains an excessive amount of lead and cadmium (measured value up to 63.1% and 0.53% by weight respectively). Lead and cadmium pose a risk to the environment. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS 2 Directive).
