Risk Description
The noise level is too high (measured values: up to 122 dB). Consequently it can cause damage to hearing. Furthermore, the product may explode at too low altitude and can burst too close to the ground, while burning pieces may fall off from the fireworks. Bystanders can be hit by parts of the firework, causing burns. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.

Recommended action

Fire: Disconnect the product from any power source and stop using it immediately. Do not leave it unattended. Store it away from flammable materials. Contact the retailer for a refund. Injuries: Stop using the product immediately. Check yourself and family members for any injuries. Store the product safely out of reach and contact the retailer or manufacturer for a replacement or refund.
Who is at risk?
All users. Children and elderly people are particularly vulnerable to burn injuries. Children are especially vulnerable as their hearing is more sensitive than adults. All household members. Fire risks are especially dangerous for sleeping areas and children's rooms. All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury.
