Risk Description
The noise level is too high (measured values: up to 125 dB). Consequently it can cause damage to hearing.Furthermore, the product is not stable, hence it may fall over and shoot in the wrong direction. A user may be hit, getting injured.Moreover, the ignition fuse burns too fast, consequently the product may explode at too low altitude and burst too close to the ground. As a result, the user may get injured or burnt.Finally, burning pieces may fall off from the fireworks. Bystanders can be hit by parts of the firework, causing burns. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
