The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 0.39 % by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and 8.63% by weight di-isononyl phthalate (DINP), which are banned in childcare articles by the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC.
