Risk Description
The red rhinestone on the hat and parts of the foam material can easily detach, generating small parts. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. Moreover, the elastic cord on the hat forms a loop which could cause strangulation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
