Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because the cable is linked to the base via connections welded to other leads starting at the base, which are not fixed connections and are covered by an insulator which moves easily. Furthermore, the thickness of the cable, namely 0.95 mm², is below the required minimum of 1.50mm², thus causing a risk of overheating.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 61242.
