Extension cord was recalled on 4 July 2025 under EU Safety Gate alert SR/02473/25. Electric shock risk reported by Slovakia. Due to incorrect design, the plug of a class I appliance can be inserted into the socket intended for class II appliances The product therefore does not provide any protection against electric shock in the case of connecting a protection class I appliance to this extension cord.

Due to incorrect design, the plug of a class I appliance can be inserted into the socket intended for class II appliances The product therefore does not provide any protection against electric shock in the case of connecting a protection class I appliance to this extension cord. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 60884-1 and EN 60884-2-7.
