Risk Description

The product contains water beads. The beads can be put into the mouth and swallowed by children. As the beads expand, it can cause fatal occlusion of the respiratory track or intestinal blockage.Moreover, the beads if swallowed in hydrated form, may block a young child's airway, leading to choking. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71.

Recommended action

Injuries: Stop using the product immediately. Check yourself and family members for any injuries. Store the product safely out of reach and contact the retailer or manufacturer for a replacement or refund.

Who is at risk?

Children under 3 years old are at highest risk. Supervise older children as well. All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury.
