Risk Description
Due to poor construction, soldered conductors on the primary circuit may detach and touch part of the secondary circuit; also, the clearance/creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient. Furthermore, the dielectric strength of the product insulation is insufficient. Hence, accessible parts can become live and the user could receive an electric shock from them. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 61558-1 and EN 61558-2-16.
