Risk Description
Single-pole insertion of a plug is possible leaving the free remaining live pin of the plug accessible. Plugs for devices which should be earthed (Class I protection) can be inserted into the socket-outlet part of the adaptor but the earth circuit continuity is interrupted. The product does not comply with the relevant standard IEC 60884.
