Risk Description

After unlocking the backrest in the second seat row, the middle backrest would unlock but not fold down automatically as intended and this will not be obvious to the vehicle’s occupants. This will increase the risk of injury in the event of an accident. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
