Risk Description
The product volume displayed on the product packaging is 4.8 ml which exceeds the 2 ml limit. Also, the product does not have an information leaflet. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can cause adverse effects, notably if the product comes in contact with the skin or is ingested or inhaled. Additionally, when an information leaflet is not provided, consumers cannot make informed choices regarding the safe use of the product. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
