Elephant was recalled on 19 February 2016 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/0161/16. Choking risk reported by Portugal. The toy can easily break and generate small parts (the green and purple parts placed on the elephant's back, the inner speaker, the burring of the lamp) which small children could put in their mouth and choke on.

Risk Description
The toy can easily break and generate small parts (the green and purple parts placed on the elephant's back, the inner speaker, the burring of the lamp) which small children could put in their mouth and choke on.In addition, when broken the green and purple parts placed on the elephant's back may expose children to sharp points and edges, causing injuries.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
