Risk Description
The product poses a risk of fire and burns because it does not bear a child-resistant mechanism. According to Commission's Decision 2006/502/EC Member States shall ensure that only lighters which are child-resistant are placed on the market.

Product Description
Black and silver lighter with flip-top that reveals a silver ignition mechanism (approximate dimensions: 5.8 x 2.7 x 1.2 cm). The lighter bears three small decorative colourless glass-stones. The lighters are packed in a blue cardboard box (50 items), with the picture of the Statue of Liberty on the top. The packaging bears the warning "Keep lighter away from children" in 6 languages (approximate dimensions: 16.8 x 11.3 x 7.5 cm).
