Risk Description
The mains adaptor supplied with the product poses a risk of electric shock because:· the insulation is not adequate;· the internal connections rely upon solder to maintain their position.· The pins are inadequately sized. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 61558 and the relevant national standard BS 1363.
