Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because the electrodes are accessible when connected to the mains supply and there is a lack of proper protection. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335.

Product Description
The product has a plastic casing of dimensions approx. 9 x 5 x 2.5 cm. Underneath are 2-2 electrodes made of aluminium and iron (length: 62 mm, diameter: 8 mm). The red LED and the inlet of the mains supply is placed on the side. The mains switch (ZX; KCD1-101; 2A/8A 250V; CQC), the fuse F8A/250V, the fuse holder and the rectifying bridge (pec; GBU; 8J) are inside the casing. There is no data plate attached to the product.
