The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- there is no sufficient protection against accidental contact with the basic insulation and with the metal parts, - it does not pass the voltage test between live parts and accessible parts,- it does not provide sufficient degree of protection against humidity,- it does not pass the voltage test between live parts and accessible parts, - there is no base incorporated or supplied, - there is no anchorage for the supply cable.
