The product poses a risk of electric shock because :- a flashover between the primary and secondary circuits of the shaver's power supply unit occurs at 2900V (should withstand 3000V),- the insulation between the primary and secondary circuits does not meet the SELV requirements, live parts can be touched.

Risk Description

The product poses a risk of electric shock because :- a flashover between the primary and secondary circuits of the shaver's power supply unit occurs at 2900V (should withstand 3000V),- the insulation between the primary and secondary circuits does not meet the SELV requirements, live parts can be touched.In addition, the operating instructions provided are incomprehensible.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335.
