The user manual of the product is not available in all national languages, hence the user could charge the scooter inside or use another charger which could lead to a fire. Moreover, there are other warnings to wear personal protective equipment and a prohibition to use the e-scooter under the age of 16. Without access to this information in their national language, consumers may disregard these restrictions and safety measures, which exposes them to a high risk of injury. Product sold online, in particular via Amazon, AliExpress, Rakuten France and Cdiscount. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive.
