Electric heater - Ceramic heater was recalled on 19 March 2010 under EU Safety Gate alert 0495/10. Burns, Fire risk reported by Cyprus. The product poses a risk of burns and fire because:- in the case of fire the flames do not quickly self extinguish,- it easily overturns,- the openings in the guard are too large.

Risk Description

The product poses a risk of burns and fire because:- in the case of fire the flames do not quickly self extinguish,- it easily overturns,- the openings in the guard are too large.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60335.
