Elastic Strap was recalled on 27 November 2015 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/1473/15. Injuries risk reported by Spain. The straps pull out of the hook mountings easily when under tension, causing the elasticated straps to recoil and hit the user or causing the fixed load to fall.

Risk Description
