Risk Description
The product contains a high level of ethylene glycol (88.9 % by weight), which is toxic by oral route, but lacks the required labelling, tactile warning of danger and other warning information. Consumers using the product may not be aware of the danger related to the use of the product and do not have the necessary information for safe use of the product.The product does not comply with Directive 1999/45/EC on the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations (CLP).
