Risk Description
The fixing of the handlebar is inadequate and may detach accidentally, while the front wheel axle screw is not secured against loosening. As a result, the user might lose control and fall off the scooter, suffer injuries. In addition, the diameter of the holes on the handlebar (6.85 mm) is larger than the specified value (smaller than 5 mm) and shear points are formed at the holes which can cause injures of the fingers. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the relevant European standard EN 14619.
