Risk Description

The packaging lacks a clear reference to the presence of nicotine (1.82%), the product is not equipped with a child-resistant fastening and does not contain an adequate safety label bearing risk-related indications, safety advice or a tactile danger warning. The user therefore has no information on the dangers incurred when the product comes into contact with the skin. The product does not comply with Directive 1999/45/EC relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations.
