The product poses a risk of electric shock due to: - basic insulation between primary conductors and the Class 2 housing (requires double insulation), - no clearances/creepage distances in the transformer as required for double insulation (5 mm), - a live connection in the primary input voltage and an exposed output voltage on the Video and Audio outputs and the housing.
