Risk Description
The rivets attaching the knives to the flail-cutter’s main body could break. The knives might consequently detach during use and hit the user, causing injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive nor with the Commission Decision 2012/32/EU prohibiting the placing on the market of flail-type cutting attachments for portable hand-held brush cutters.
