Risk Description

The products pose a chemical risk because:-the feet of the doll with the piglet outfit (reference A-197) contain 21.79% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP); - the arms of the doll (reference A-198) contain 23.13% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP); -the head of the doll (reference 6369) contains 19.52% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP).According to the REACH Regulation, the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.In addition the products do not comply with labelling requirements (instructions and warnings). The products do not comply with the Toy Safety Directive.
