The product poses a chemical risk because: - the legs and arms of the doll contain 8.9% and the head contains 40.1% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), - the legs and arms of the doll contain 21.9% and the head contains 0.99% by weight of di-“isononyl” phthalate (DINP), - the legs and arms of the doll contain 2.6% of di-"isodecyl" phthalate (DIDP). According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.
