Risk Description
The internal insulation of the power supply does not provide adequate insulation between the input and output circuits. Internal connections are inadequate which could reduce creepage distances and clearances. The dimensions of the pins are not correct and as a result excessive force is required to insert the power supply into and remove from a socket which could result in live parts being exposed.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950 and the relevant national standard.
