Risk Description
The plastic sheet included in the fancy-dress costume package is too thin and too large: If a child plays with it, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standards EN 71-1.
