Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because the bulb-holder is technically sub-standard. When the lamp is opened for the bulb to be changed, live parts are exposed. In particular, the screw thread may become active as soon as a bulb is placed in the holder. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60598 and EN 60238.
