The product poses a risk of choking because it has detachable small parts that due to their form, appearance, colour and size, may be mistaken for a foodstuff (raspberries) and placed in the mouth, especially by children. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
