The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the cable entry is unsmooth;- the internal wires are not adequately attached to the terminals; - the lamp holder is not securely fixed; - the supply cord used is not sufficient;- there is no cord anchorage;- live parts are easily accessible during lamp replacement.

Risk Description
