Decorative lighting chain was recalled on 2 March 2007 under EU Safety Gate alert 0192/07. Electric shock, Fire risk reported by Slovakia. This product poses a serious risk of:- electric shock because the cross-section area of the conductor and the parameters of the movable socket do not comply with the requirements of the relevant European standard EN 60598;- fire because the lamp holder does not pass spike flame test contrary to the requirements of EN 60598.
