Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking because the product resembles biscuits and parts of it may easily be detached. Consumers, especially small children, may confuse it with food, put it into the mouth and swallow. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
Product Description
The sample called "Cookie auto" is in the form of a biscuit with icing, in the shape of a car, 8.0 x 5.2 cm in size, with parts of about 2 cm with a thickness of 1.3 cm, which are capable of being bitten off. Each sample bears a label with the following text: "0835309 – Cookie Auto".
