Risk Description
The fireworks may explode or release burning material too close to the ground, causing burns and injuries to bystanders. Moreover, the product may not ignite correctly. A user may try to re-ignite it, with the risk of being hit by the pyrotechnic effects and thereby receive burns. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
