Risk Description
The migration of chromium VI from the textile labels is too high (measured value up to 0.32 mg/kg). Chromium (VI) is sensitising, can trigger allergic reactions and can cause cancer. Moreover, the fibrous stuffing material of the costume is easily accessible. A small child could put it in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the relevant European standard EN 71-1 and EN 71-3.
