Risk Description
Due to an error in the assembly process at the battery factory, a small metal part of a broken terminal clamp might become loose and create a short circuit between the battery cells. This may lead to a thermal event inside the battery. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
