Risk Description

The products poses a risk of:- choking because the piece of plastic connecting the covering to the structure of the cradle comes apart and generates a small part which could easily be swallowed by a child.- injuries because the angle between the backrest and the seat when the backrest is in its highest position is less than 90º which is less than required in the relevant European standard EN 12790.

Recommended action

Who is at risk?

Children under 3 years old are at highest risk. Supervise older children as well. All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury.
