The product poses a chemical risk to children because the teether contains di-"isononyl" phthalate (DINP) in a concentration exceeding 10% by weight.According to REACH Regulation, phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited when the childcare article can be placed in the mouth by children.
