The product poses a risk of electric shock because :- during various tests the cable showed cracks both at the sheath and in the insulation resulting in the wires of the conductors becoming accessible;- the temperature of the terminals rose in excess of 100 K in circuits L-earth, when it should not exceed 45 K;- The measured contact pressure of the earthing contacts is 0-4.

Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because :- during various tests the cable showed cracks both at the sheath and in the insulation resulting in the wires of the conductors becoming accessible;- the temperature of the terminals rose in excess of 100 K in circuits L-earth, when it should not exceed 45 K;- The measured contact pressure of the earthing contacts is 0-4.9 N, when it shall not be less than 5 N;- the measured distance between the side-earthing contacts is 30.3 mm and 30.4 mm, which exceeds the requirement of 29 mm +0/-1 mm.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 60811.
