Cook Happy was recalled on 6 October 2017 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/1377/17. Choking, Suffocation risk reported by The Netherlands. Small parts can easily detach (handles on the lids and handles of the spoons) and a small child may put them in the mouth, causing choking.

Risk Description
Small parts can easily detach (handles on the lids and handles of the spoons) and a small child may put them in the mouth, causing choking. In addition, the hemispheric-shaped, red pan could cover the nose and mouth of small children, leading to suffocation.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
