Risk Description
The swivel has been assembled incorrectly and the two sides of the swivel could become separated in certain circumstances. If coming apart whilst loaded, it could cause the climber to fall and suffer injuries.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Directive (since 21/04/2018 repealed by the Personal Protective Equipment Regulation) and the relevant European Standard EN 362.

Product Description
Nexus swivel body (SW460) with shackles fitted on both sides. Available in 3 configurations - a combination of one small D shaped and one large bow-shaped shackle (product code SW470), two small D shaped shackles (product code SW480) or two larger bow-shaped shackles (product code SW490).
