The product poses a microbiological risk because the mesophilic aerobic microorganism count in the soapy water is too high (1. 2 x 10⁴ cfu/ml). There is a risk of infection if the liquid is swallowed or comes into contact with the skin.The product does not comply with the Toys Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

Product Description
The product is a transparent plastic wand containing soapy liquid. The product is sold in a blister pack on which the words "Colorful Bubbles" are printed. It bears a label with the importer's details, the CE mark, bar code and inscription "not recommended for children under 3 years".
