Risk Description
The rope light’s end cap may fall off, leaving live parts exposed. The connector between the rectifier and the rope is accessible. The product is advertised for outdoor use, while it is not sufficiently waterproof. The connecting cable may become eroded, exposing live parts. A user could touch these accessible live parts and suffer receive an electric shock.
