Risk Description
The product poses a risk of fire and electric shock because:· The cross-sectional area of the external and internal wires is not sufficient and the wires could overheat.· The wire ends soldered to terminals of the flashing unit and the lamps are not adequately protected against pulling and twisting.· The accessible basic insulated wires can come into contact with sharp edges of the flashing switch and control unit.· The lampholder contacts are not protected against loosening and the live parts may become accessible.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
