Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:- the nominal cross-section of the conductors is insufficient (detected value is 0.055 mm², which is less than 0.5 mm² required by the standard), - during mechanical testing the conductors of the network plug spring leaving the live parts accessible, - insufficient insulation of bulbs identified, - the cover of the flashing unit breaks during the test leaving the live parts accessible,- the conductors can be easily moved from and into the flashing unit, The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

Product Description
The Christmas lighting chain is comprised of 180 non-exchangeable lamps. It is equipped with a flashing unit with marking “Flasher control unit, 220V AC, 50 Hz, 0,83A, CE“, a button for switching between functions and a description of the functions. Packaging - a blue cardboard box with Christmas motif on the top and text "180 Rice Light", and marking on the bottom of box in 3 languages.
