Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because:· The wire ends soldered to the LEDs are not adequately protected against pulling and twisting. · The accessible wires have only basic insulation. If the insulation is damaged, live metal parts become accessible. · The cover fixing screw joints of the rectifier unit do not have sufficient strength. During normal use the covering of the rectifier unit can open and live parts become accessible. · It is not protected against moisture but is recommended for outdoor use. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
Product Description
The lighting chain includes serial connected, non-replaceable 50 LED lamps and a rectifier unit. The lights are attached to plastic icicle forms. Packaging: cardboard box.
