Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because the cover material of the colouring book contains 19% bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). According to the REACH Regulation, phthalates (DEHP, DBP and BBP) are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates (DINP, DIDP and DNOP) are prohibited in toys and childcare articles which can be placed in the mouth by children.
