Risk Description
The product poses a serious risk of: - strangulation due to the presence of the free ends of the functional cord in the neck area by which the child can get entrapped. Therefore it does not comply with the safety requirement of the relevant European standard EN 14682, - choking because the tiny decorating tinsels can be removed with a very low force.
